How matching decides which deals you see

Guide pour créateurs · 4 min de lecture

Cet article est rédigé en anglais.

On most platforms you find deals by scrolling a board and pitching cold. On InFluFlu the deals find you, and how well that works is decided by something unglamorous: the chips you tap in your profile. Here is what the matching actually knows, and how to make it work harder for you.

The chips are the engine

Your context is built from quick chip questions, a few minutes at a time: where you live, your stage of life, what you love making, which brands you already use. For business creators the questions are professional instead: your field, your tools, who reads you. Every answer is structured data the matching can score a brief against. A vague profile gets vague matches; ten more chips tapped is often the difference between silence and a fitting alert.

Optional stays optional

Personal topics are clearly marked and skipping them never hurts your profile. The matching works with what you choose to give it. Nothing is scraped, nothing is bought from data brokers; the only context in play is what you tapped on purpose.

Honest numbers do the arguing

Your follower and engagement stats are self-reported for now, and labelled that way on your profile, so keep them current and accurate. Verified stats pulled from connected Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts are on the way. That will matter twice: brands can trust the numbers on your profile, and you never compete against someone else’s invented ones.

Alerts instead of trawling

Once your context is live, you get a ping when an offering fits your audience, instead of refreshing a board hoping. You can also save searches on the board so a fitting brief triggers an alert the moment it appears. Both run on the same profile context, which is one more reason to keep it sharp.

What a brand sees when you apply

Your application arrives with the overlap spelled out: what matches their brief, how similar your past deals are, and how your audience lines up with who they want. Plus the hard signals: deals completed, your rating from blind mutual reviews, your response speed. The chips get you found; the track record gets you booked.
